1. Definitions

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with pol4d. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including deposits and winnings. pol4d employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, and device fingerprints.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account with pol4d, you must complete the registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must match official identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pol4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC compliance procedures, you will be required to submit valid identification documents, which may include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP)
• Passport or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months

Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. 3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

pol4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating
• Using automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward pol4d staff or other Users
• Requesting chargebacks or reversals on legitimate transactions

In the event of account closure for violation of these Terms, pol4d may confiscate any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings. Accounts closed at the User's request with no outstanding violations will have balances returned according to our standard withdrawal procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Daily withdrawal limits apply based on VIP tier (standard accounts: Rp 50,000,000 per day)
